Sanlam CA Training Programme 2025
Motivated and outstanding young graduates from all nationalities are invited to apply for the Sanlam CA Training Programme 2025. This is a full-time internship program in South Africa that offers the opportunity to obtain the prescribed technical and professional competence in the value creation process of this program to develop a pool of the best CAs with skills to strengthen the Sanlam leadership bench.
Sanlam offers market-related salaries and significant additional benefits. Selected applicants also have a high chance of getting a permanent offer once they complete the internship program.
During the three years of the Sanlam CA Training Programme, the trainees will be placed on rotations within the Group Office and the different clusters within the Sanlam Group to obtain the relevant exposure below to achieve the prescribed SAICA competencies.

Eligibility for the Sanlam CA Training Programme 2025:
- Applicants must be graduates.
- Applicants must have a Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA).
- Applicants must be eligible to write the ITC board exam before the commencement of the training program.
- Applicants must have no previous permanent work experience required/ Less than 1 year of formal working experience.
- Applicants must have an academic performance record average of at least 60%.
- Applicants must have leadership in community, university, or sports activities.
