The Australian National University is inviting academically excellent domestic and international students studying a postgraduate degree program and research programs at the university to apply for the fully funded Australian Government Research Training Scholarship 2024 for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Currently, the Australian National University conducts two annual central Postgraduate scholarship rounds which includes the Australian Government Research Training Scholarship 2024, the University Research Scholarship and a few other centrally managed scholarships for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Eligibility for the Australian Government Research Training Scholarship 2024:

Applicants can be a domestic or an international enrolled in an accredited higher degree or research program at the Australian National University.
Applicants must have obtained a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution of higher learning.
Applicants must not be receiving an equivalent award or scholarship from the Commonwealth designed to offset HDR fees.
Applicants must not be receiving income from another source to support that student’s general living costs while undertaking their course of study if that income is greater than 75 per cent of that student’s RTP Stipend rate. Income unrelated to the student’s course of study or income received for the student’s course of study but not for the purposes of supporting general living costs is not to be taken into account.

Method of Application for the Australian Government Research Training Scholarship 2024:

All eligible applicants will automatically be considered for the Australian Government Research Training Scholarship 2024 after successful admission as no separate application is required for the scholarship.
