Eligibility for the Sahara Group Graduate Management Trainee Program 2023:
- Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2:1 in any discipline.
- Applicants must have 0 to 2 years of post-graduate formal working experience.
- Applicants must have completed NYSC Program (Nigerian Nationals only).
- Applicants must have a master’s degree from a recognized university and professional qualifications will be a plus
- Applicants must be fluent in English.
- Applicants must possess the ability to speak French.
- Applicants must not be more than 25 years old at the time of application.
Program Structure for the Sahara Group Graduate Management Trainee Program 2023:
- The Sahara Group GMT Program offers recent graduates and young professionals a chance to jump–start their careers. This six–month program provides participants with both theoretical business knowledge and hands–on experience to equip them with the skills to become future leaders at Sahara.
- The program is designed to give participants a comprehensive and practical experience, allowing them to develop valuable and meaningful abilities. It consists of basic skills training, tasks, job rotations, challenging projects, mentoring, and guidance in all of which make them ready to compete on an international level.
