Applications for the Fully Funded ExxonMobil Middle East and North Africa Scholars Program 2023, administered by the Institute of International Education, are now open to capable and determined individuals seeking a Master’s degree at a prestigious university in the United States for the 2023/2024 academic session.
The Finalists for the Master’s scholarship will be chosen based on their strengths and research interests. They will then be invited to a three-day short course event, hosted in either Turkey or the United Arab Emirates. Recipients of the award will receive full tuition, free accommodation, living expense stipends, medical insurance, textbooks, computers, and transportation to the United States. Additionally, visa and academic support, a professional development and networking conference, and an intensive orientation program were all included in the award. During the short course, participants will enhance their business skills related to the energy industry while also connecting with others from the Middle East and North Africa regions. ExxonMobil has teamed up with the Institute of International Education (IIE) to offer an exclusive scholarship program. This program aims to support the development of highly skilled and culturally knowledgeable people in the Middle East and North Africa region, aiding in the growth of the region.
The Institute of International Education (IIE) is a non-profit organization based in New York City, United States. Established in 1919, IIE works to promote international education and provide services to students, scholars, universities, and other institutions of higher education. IIE’s programs include administering the Fulbright program, providing fellowships and scholarships, conducting research, and offering professional consulting services. IIE also sponsors conferences, seminars, and workshops; publishes books, magazines, and periodicals; and provides an online resource center for international education. Additionally, IIE provides support for education abroad, international student advising, and academic exchanges.

- Applicants must be from the Middle East and North Africa.
- Applicants who will enroll in full-time programs at the institute.
- Applicants must have lived in the Middle East/North Africa for 15 years & be fluent in Arabic.
- Applicants who had a Bachelor’s degree by the program start date in Geoscience, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Math or Geography.
- Applicants who are Citizens of Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia or the UAE.
