Every year, the Drucker Society Europe, in collaboration with the Drucker Forum, organizes the Peter Drucker Essay Contest, which is a global essay competition. The competition focuses on a contemporary management topic that is usually linked to the Forum’s theme and evaluates it within the framework of Peter Drucker’s human-centered management principles.

Eligibility for the Peter Drucker Essay Contest 2023 for Students & Young Entrepreneurs:
- Applicants must be 18 to 35 years of age at the time of application.
- Applicants must have been selected no more than once or not at all among the top 10 since 2010. However, you can participate in the 2023 Contest (if still meet the age criteria of 18 to 35 years inclusive)
- Applicants who were previously a student (as per your application form) and are now embarking on a career at a university
- Applicants who were previously a student (according to your application form) and meanwhile moved on to become a manager or entrepreneurs.
