Projects in pre-production from low- and middle-income countries in the global south that tell compelling stories through various media platforms such as film, print, audio, photojournalism, and multimedia.
Proposals that have a majority of the budget already secured or achievable in a short period of time and can be completed within one year, for films this means under 30 minutes are preferred.
Stories that meet the standards for publication or broadcasting in established media outlets.
The One World Media Fellowship is offering financial support to creatives who are developing journalism or documentary media that could be showcased in existing publications, radio and television channels, and online platforms.
