- Applicants must major in Telecommunications Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (Software Engineering).
- Applicants must have graduated in 2023 – May 2024.
- Applicants must have a strong command of the English language.

- Applicants should have some of these technical Skills (added advantage): IP/MPLS fundamentals; BGP VPRN/VPLS/EVPN services; Python, Java or C++; Vagrant, Ansible, SQL, JSON, YAML, Redhat; Fedora, KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine), VMware; scripting; AI/ ML; Network Automation; Network Security; Intent driven networking, WDM/OTN and G.709 standard, REST API, NETCONF/gRPC.
