The First Bank Nigeria Technology Academy Programme 2026 offers young Nigerian graduates with Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) backgrounds who are interested in building careers in technology within FirstBank Nigeria the opportunity to develop practical technology skills and gain exposure to technology functions within the Bank.
This Internship Program at FirstBank Nigeria is a talent-development initiative established to build a pipeline of technology professionals capable of supporting the Bank’s digital transformation agenda. The bank has previously described the Academy as a strategic initiative designed to attract and continuously develop technology talent to meet its growing IT staffing requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
You can apply if you meet the requirements below:
- Graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related disciplines
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or its equivalent
- Completed NYSC or possess a valid Exemption Certificate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
