International students with outstanding academic records are invited to apply for the Merit Scholarships 2024 at Transylvania University which offers candidates an opportunity for a tuition fee scholarship. This scholarship applies to undergraduate students who wish to enroll in a degree program at the University for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The Merit Scholarships are offered to eligible students who are admitted to Transylvania University for the 2024/2025 academic session. The Undergraduate scholarship amounts below are for applicants who are eligible for Transylvania University’s financial aid program.

International scholarships are awarded based on a holistic review of the student’s application and will be automatically considered upon application. Potential award amounts vary depending on the student’s level of performance as follows: Global Superior ($20,000), Global Excellence ($18,000), and Global Prestige ($15,000).

Eligibility for the Merit Scholarships 2024 at Transylvania University:

Applicants for the Interested applicants must be international students.
Applicants must be first-year international applicants of any major to a participating college or university. (International applicants are individuals who hold citizenship in a country outside the U.S. and who don’t also possess U.S. citizenship or permanent residency)
Applicants must demonstrate an interest and initiative in promoting intercultural learning and exchange.
Applicants must meet the admission criteria and adhere to the deadlines at Transylvania.
Students for whom English is not their first language, or who are not from English-speaking countries will be required to provide proof of English proficiency.

Method of Application for the Merit Scholarships 2024 at Transylvania University:

Interested and eligible applicants are to submit their application using the Common Application, which opens Aug. 1 for fall 2024 enrolment.
