Innovate Now Africa Assistive Technology Accelerator Program 2023 for African Startups
Innovate Now is pleased to invite suitably qualified African Startups whose startup is helping persons with disabilities digitally access assistive products, education, healthcare, livelihood, financial and information services to submit application for the cohort 7.0 of the Digital & Assistive Technology. The Innovate Now Africa Assistive Technology Accelerator Program 2023 helps successful startups to build a scalable Assistive Technology solutions, test their Assistive Technology with persons with disabilities, showcase and attract investors and potential partners.
The Africa Assistive Technology Accelerator Program is powered by Innovate Now to helo African startups receive mentorship, learning and expert guidance needed to create market fit, scalable and invest-able Assistive Technologies over a period of 3 to 6 months. Innovate Now believes that increasingly AT is digital or requires digital capabilities because, digital AT are frontier technologies supporting the full inclusion of persons with disabilities. Innovation-driven startups whose startups are improving access to assistive technology through digital means or offering digital assistive technology solutions across education, healthcare, livelihoods and other sectors are welcome to submit application.
Innovate Now is a partnership between Global Disability Innovation Hub (GDI Hub), ICT Norway and Norad to recruit the next generation of cutting-edge disability innovators to drive Africa as a technology powerhouse. Building on AT2030 funding by UK aid with its next phase focused on Digital AT and Entrepreneurship. Innovation-driven startups with proof of concept whose startup are improving access to AT through digital means, or offering digital AT solutions across education, healthcare and livelihoods are invited to apply for its cohort 7.0.
