You are invited to submit an application for the Fully Funded Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Scholarships 2023 if you are from the 62 countries selected by KOICA among the DAC List of ODA Recipients to receive financial support towards tuition and study expenses for a master’s or Ph.D. degree program at a recognized higher institution of learning for the 2023/2024 academic session.

The Fully Funded Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Scholarships are designed to train key leaders in partner countries to contribute to the socio-economic development of their home countries. KOICA Is offering a Master’s scholarship and Ph.D. scholarship awards for 24 master’s programs and 2 doctorate programs in 2023.

Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is a governmental organization for Official Development Assistance (ODA) to enhance the effectiveness of South Korea’s grant aid programs for developing countries by implementing the government’s grant aid and technical cooperation programs.

Eligibility for the Fully Funded Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Scholarships 2023:
