Fully Funded KOICA Scholarship 2023 for Developing Countries

The Fully Funded KOICA Scholarship 2023 for Developing Countries is currently welcoming application submissions from suitably qualified students who are looking to study a master’s or Ph.D. degree program at any eligible university in Korea for the 2023/2024 academic session. The scholarship is funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency KOICA through the Capacity Improvement and Advancement for Tomorrow CIAT to help students fund their study expenses in Korea.

The KOICA Scholarship Program for Developing Countries is dedicated to providing financial support for key leaders in partner countries in order to foster socioeconomic growth and progress. This Master’s scholarship and Ph.D. scholarship cover all associated costs of studying a master’s and Ph.D. degree program in Korea. KOICA is making available 12 master’s and 2 doctorate programs, with application guidelines for the remaining 12 to be released in March.
