Eligibility for the Concordia University 2023 Full Tuition Presidential Honors International Scholarships:
- Applicants must be international students.
- Applicants must be applying for a full-time degree program at the university.
- Applicants must have received the offer of admission to an undergraduate degree program.
- Applicants must have a minimum 3.9 GPA, SAT of 1370 of Evidence-based Reading and Writing plus Math, or 30 ACT.
