Application for the Fully funded Türkiye Scholarships 2023 is currently ongoing for suitably qualified international students who are interested in pursuing an undergraduate, master’s, and Ph.D. degree program at any reputable university in Turkey for the 2024/2024 academic session. The fully funded scholarship is designed to cover all aspects of tuition and study expenses for the entire duration of the program.
The Fully funded Türkiye Scholarships is funded by the Government of Turkey to offer a new funding arrangement to international students interested in studying in Turkey on full scholarship and for all levels of education. The Government of Turkey has designed different and specific Undergraduate scholarships, Master’s scholarships, and Ph.D. scholarship programs for each education level with international reputable institutions in the country. The Scholarships are available in three categories namely:
- Full-Time Scholarship Programs
- Short-Term Scholarship Programs
- Joint Scholarship Programs

Eligibility for the Application for the Fully funded Türkiye Scholarships 2023:
- Applicants must not be Turkish citizens and must have not lost Turkish citizenship.
- Applicants must currently be enrolled in programs at Turkish universities at their preferred level of education.
- Undergraduate applicants must meet the minimum academic achievement of 70%.
- Master’s and Ph.D. applicants must meet the minimum academic achievement of 75%.
- The minimum academic achievement for candidates in Health Sciences such as Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy is 90%.
- Undergraduate applicants must be under the age of 21.
- Master’s applicants must be under the age of 30.
- Ph.D. applicants must be under the age of 35.
- Research applicants must be under the age of 45.

Interested applicants should visit the official website to choose the scholarship category they are qualified for and click on the “Application/Login” button to start the application and also submit the required documents below.
- A valid identity document, ID card, or passport
- A photograph of the candidate taken within the last 1 year
- National exam results
- Diploma or temporary graduation certificate
- Transcript
- International exam results like GRE, GMAT, SAT, etc
- International language test results such as TOEFL, DELF
- A proposal for a research topic and a written example of the research you have carried out (only for PhD applications)
