Highly brilliant students looking to pursue a master’s program in China are invited to apply for the Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Scholarship for the 2025/26 academic session. Administered through the Ministry of Education China, this scheme is only for those International students who are aspiring scholars and leaders.
This scholarship program is sponsored and the Masters recipients get the opportunity to study in some of the best universities in China, learning and research facilities as well as INTER nation culture sharing. Scholars will develop a wide global outlook, technical prowess, and other leadership attributes to enable them to undertake their endeavors.

Eligibility;
- Must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China.
- Must be under the age of 45 and in good physical and mental health.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher with at least three years of work experience.
- Preference will be given to applicants with professional training or work experience related to their proposed program.
- Must belong to one of these categories:
- A government official at the division chief level or above.
- A senior manager of an institution or enterprise.
- An administrator of a university or research institution.
- Someone with relevant experience or internships in international organizations.
- The pre-admission letter from the university must include details like personal information, admission date, and program details. It should not mention any Chinese government scholarships.

Visit the Chinese Government Scholarship System and complete your application online before the deadline.
Ensure you have a pre-admission letter from one of the subprograms before applying. When completing the application, select “Type A” for “Scholarship Type.”
