In other to be eligible for the scholarship award, applicants must meet the following criteria below:
- Eligible applicants must have an offer to study a full time degree program, excluding any course in school of medicine of the school of dentistry.
- Eligible applicants must be ready to study a full time, 180-credit postgraduate course over the period of one year and applicants may be eligible to apply for the scholarship if the full time postgraduate course is for two years.
- Eligible applicants must be from or a resident of an eligible African country. See the list of eligible countries below.
- Eligible applicants must posses an international fee as fixed by the University of Dundee.
