Jim Ovia Foundation Scholarship 2023 for Nigerian Students
The Jim Ovia Foundation Scholarship is pleased to accept applications from eligible Nigerian students who are interested in pursuing their undergraduate or postgraduate studies within Nigeria for the 2023/2024 academic year. The Jim Ovia Foundation Scholarship was established in 1998 by Mr. Jim Ovia to provide financial support to exceptional Nigerian youth. It is completely funded by him.
The Jim Ovia Foundation is offering a fully funded Undergraduate scholarship and Postgraduate scholarship program for all levels of degree students in Nigeria. This scholarship will cover tuition fees and living expenses. It was formerly known as the MUSTE scholarship and is hosted by recognized institutions within the country. Since October 2010, Mr. Ovia has invested more than 100 million Naira in the scholarship program, providing an average of 100 new opportunities each year and ongoing annual support for renewing applicants who meet the eligibility criteria. To date, the program has supported 1500 beneficiaries.
Mr. Ovia established the Jim Ovia Scholarship with the intention of cultivating a new generation of Nigerian leaders who can compete on a global scale, think innovatively, and strive to enhance the lives of those in their local areas.
