Full Details of the Japanese Government Scholarship 2022 for Foreign Students

The scholarship scheme is basically for international students so it covers all countries, and gender. Each applicant can use the only form, or apply direct to the foundation even before being selected by the school. The program is based on first come, first serve, so all candidates are meant to submit their application on or before the deadline.

Stipends and funding will be provided to each successful candidate, and this funds are given by the government on a monthly bases depending on the number of years your degree elapses. See below to know the amount provided to each student

¥200,000 per month for 1 ~ 2 years degree
¥180,000 per month for 3 years degree
¥150,000 per month for 4 ~ 5 years degree

Requirements for the Government of Japan Scholarship 2022

Each applicant is meant to carefully read below conditions and adhere to them to be able to fit in for the scholarship program:

Applicants must be international students
Each student must have completed a bachelors degree in a good school.
Candidates are expected to have a solid academic background as high bachelor’s degree CGPA will serve as an added advantage.
Students music be willing to take-on full time study in Japan.

Candidates are expected to use the online form in submitting their application after filling and must have uploaded the appropriate documents online.

Once the documents are submitted, the application number will be issued, and PDF of your application form will be created. Please save the PDF file as you will need it when the result is announced on our website.
