Eligibility for the Fully Funded Rhodes Scholarships 2023 at University of Oxford:

Applicants must be international students.
Applicants must be at least 18 years and have not reached their 24th birthday by 1 October 2023. OR for older candidates who have completed their first undergraduate degree later than usual must not have reached their 27th.
Applicants are required to have either already obtained or will have obtained an undergraduate degree (typically a bachelor’s degree) by July 2024. The degree should have an academic background and grade that meet or surpass the specific entry requirements of the chosen full-time course at the University of Oxford.
Applicants must have a sufficiently high standard of English and have met, by the application deadline, the English language proficiency requirements of Oxford.
