The Indonesian Government is accepting applications for the Fully Funded Indonesian Government KNB Scholarships 2024, providing fully funded opportunities for international students at all education levels to pursue their studies in Indonesia.

The KNB Scholarship, officially known as the Kemitraan Negara Berkembang Scholarship, is a financial aid program funded by the Indonesian Government. Eligibility for the Fully Funded Indonesian Government KNB Scholarships 2024:

For Undergraduates:

The maximum age to apply for the scholarship is 21 years old.
Applicants must hold a High School degree (please provide the scanned degree certiﬁcate and academic transcripts in English or Bahasa). Please be advised that a Bachelor’s degree holder is not eligible to apply for the Bachelor’s Degree scholarship.
Applicants must have the English Proﬁciency Test Score: TOEFL ITP of 477, TOEFL IBT of 53, IELTS of 5.5, TOEIC of 510.

For Master’s:

The maximum age to apply for the scholarship is 35 years old.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (please provide the scanned degree certiﬁcate and academic transcripts in English or Bahasa). Please be advised that a Master’s degree holder is not eligible to apply for the Master’s Degree scholarship.
Applicants must have the English Proﬁciency Test Score: TOEFL ITP of 500, TOEFL IBT of 61, IELTS of 6.0, TOEIC of 575.

For PhD:

The maximum age to apply for the scholarship is 40 years old.
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree (please provide the scanned degree certiﬁcate and academic transcripts in English or Bahasa). Please be advised that a Doctorate holder is not eligible to apply for the Doctorate Degree scholarship.
Applicants must obtain a recommendation letter in English or Bahasa from the potential research supervisor in one of the universities providing partners of the KNB Scholarship.
Applicants must provide a statement of purpose that at least states the purpose of their studies, the origin of their interest in studying in Indonesia and pursuing their chosen research topic, and their plan for the academic future (dissertation proposal) in English or Bahasa.
Applicants must have the English Proﬁciency Test Score: TOEFL ITP of 530, TOEFL IBT of 71, IELTS of 6.0, TOEIC of 640.

General Requirements:

Applicants must provide a recommendation letter to apply for the KNB scholarship from the Indonesian Embassy or the Indonesian Consulate General.
Applicants must provide a recommendation letter to apply for the KNB scholarship from The employer/immediate supervisor in English or Bahasa (if working).
Applicants must provide Academic Recommendation Letters from previous schools in English or Bahasa.
Applicants must provide an Academic Certificate and an Academic Transcript of their school degree in English or Bahasa.
Applicants must prove citizenship by submitting an Official Passport, which is still valid for at least 2 years.

Kindly note that the English Proficiency certificate should be acquired within the last two years. Participants from foreign countries, especially those from English-speaking nations, or individuals enrolled in university programs conducted in English (as indicated in their diploma/transcript), are exempt from submitting an English proficiency document. Instead, they can provide official confirmation from their home university.
