The ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID) Young Professionals Programme offers high-caliber graduates from West Africa and the diaspora the opportunity to launch their careers with the Bank. The (EBID) Young Professionals Programme 2027 is an early-career Internship opportunity designed to attract talented young professionals from West Africa to build their careers within the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development.
The ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID), is the financial institution established by the 15 Member States of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a national of a West African country.
- Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Be under 30 years of age.
Program Benefits
Selected young professionals will have the opportunity to begin and develop their careers with EBID and gain professional experience within a regional development finance institution.
