The internship program cuts across various disciplines and faculties and successful applicants will be trained into becoming a full time banking professionals, thus providing an avenue for young South Africans to get permanent opportunity in the country. The program will run for our 18 Month commencing in 2023 and successful applicants will be afforded a 360 view of the Capitec business environment as part of a rotation programme and he/she is expected to gain deep insights client banking and becomes a team member at successfully completing the programme.

Requirements and eligibility criteria for the 2022-2023 Capitec Bank Graduate Development Programme;

This Graduate Development Programme is open to South African graduates (undergraduate and postgraduate degree holders). Specifically, the applicants should meet the below eligibility conditions as follows;

Candidate Requirement:

1. Interested applicant must be a South African Citizen (10 Digit SA ID number)

2. Qualification

Must have a Degree or plan to complete Degree in South Africa, with a Grade average of 60% before 1 February 2023.

3. Must be a recent graduate or have less than 2 years’ work experience

4. Must have a clear credit and criminal record

5. Willingness to be based in Western Cape (Stellenbosch) and or Gauteng (Sandton/JHB)
