- Applicants must be international students residing in the USA, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
- Applicants must be admitted into an undergraduate degree program.
- Applicants must be seniors at a high school or home school in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico
- Applicants must be applying as full-time freshmen to a four-year accredited, college or university located in the United States or Canada.
- Applicants must have a cumulative unweighted grade point average of at least 3.3.
- Applicants must have a minimum ACT Composite score of 25 or a minimum combined SAT score of 1220.
- Applicants must demonstrate an active leadership role in community service, athletics, or similar co-curricular activity.
- Applicants must show substantial work experience and need for financial aid.
