Suitably qualified Namibian youths who are looking to pursue an undergraduate degree program at any recognised university in Namibia and the SADC region are invited to apply for the Bank of Namibia Undergraduate Bursary 2027.
This Bank of Namibia Undergraduate Bursary 2027 offers Namibian youths who would otherwise not be able to further their studies upon matriculation the financial aid to pursue undergraduate studies in eligible fields of study at any recognized university in Namibia and the SADC region.
The Undergraduate Scholarships is in line with the Bank of Namibia’s commitment to capacity development and fulfilling its corporate social responsibility. Since 2002, the Bank of Namibia has provided bursaries opportunities to Namibian youths, delivering on its pledge to invest in the development of human capital as a critical component of socio-economic development.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a Namibian Citizen
- Have 65% and above academic average
- Be either: a Grade 12 school leaver who completed secondary education in 2025 or 2026; or a registered tertiary student in any year of study
- Have an academic progress report if already enrolled at a recognized tertiary institution.
- Have provisional admission for full-time studies.

- Degree in Economics (Financial Econometrics)
- Degree in Mathematical Sciences (Financial Mathematics / Mathematical Economics)
- Degree in Data Science / Data Analytics
- Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Degree in Education (Mathematics/Sciences)
- Degree in Artificial Intelligence
- Degree in Management Information Systems
Method of Application
To get the Bank of Namibia Undergraduate Bursary 2027, applicants must complete and submit application before the closing date to be eligible for consideration.
