Individuals aged 18 or older as of July 20, 2024, and engaged in work, volunteerism, or studies related to HIV are encouraged to apply for a scholarship to attend AIDS 2024, the 25th International AIDS Conference. The conference is scheduled to occur both in Munich, Germany and virtually from July 22 to 26. Eligibility for the 25th International AIDS Conference (AIDS 2024) Scholarship Programme:

The AIDS 2024 Scholarship Programme welcomes applications from individuals engaged in work, volunteerism, or studies related to HIV, and who are at least 18 years old on July 20, 2024. Priority will be accorded to:

Abstract presenters; workshop facilitators and co-facilitators; and Global Village organizers and co-organizers whose submission has been selected for the conference
Applicants from low-income and middle-income countries
Applicants who are part of key populations and people living with HIV
Young people and junior investigators below the age of 35
Applicants who did not previously receive a scholarship for an International AIDS Conference

Method of Application for the 25th International AIDS Conference (AIDS 2024) Scholarship Programme:

To submit an application, eligible candidates must respond to inquiries regarding their background, experience, and reasons for attending the conference. Additionally, they are required to upload a letter of recommendation, which should:

Be written in English by a manager or colleague who is familiar with your work, volunteer experience or studies in HIV and can be your referee
Include a letterhead of your referee’s organization, company, or institution
Be dated within two months of your application submission and signed (original or digital signature) by your referee
Explicitly reference you and support your scholarship application for AIDS 2024, explaining why you would be a good candidate for the scholarship.
