Emerging professionals are selected from various corners of the globe, with a preference for individuals who hail from WBG member countries and countries where the institution operates. Eligibility for the World Bank Young Professionals Program 2024 for Young Graduates:
- Applicants must be born on or after October 1, 1990.
- Applicants must have a master’s or doctoral degree.
- Applicants must specialize in a field relevant to YPP Business Areas.
- Applicants must demonstrate relevant professional experience or continued study at the doctoral level.
- Applicants must be fluent in English.
- The Bank’s Group recruitment policy is to hire a staff of the highest caliber, on as wide a geographical basis as possible, with preference to nationals of WBG member countries or countries of operations.
