The various Romania Government Scholarships 2023 for International Students are offered to outstanding students with excellent academic achievements who are looking to study undergraduate, master’s, or Ph.D. degree programs at recognized universities in the country. The scholarships worth full tuition fees, free accommodation, and other benefits are awarded on the basis of academic merit for the 2023/2024 academic year.
The Romania Government Scholarships are funded by the Romania Government through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to offer various scholarship opportunities to outstanding international students. The Romanian Government, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, offers a number of Undergraduate scholarships, Master’s scholarships, and Ph.D. scholarships to citizens from non–EU countries on a yearly basis. Those who are eligible to apply must have achieved a minimum average of seven or the equivalent of “Good“ on the Romanian grading system for their most recently completed school year.

Eligibility for the Romania Government Scholarships 2023 for International Students:
- Applicants must be an international student who is not Romanians.
- Priorities are given to applicants who are citizens of non-EU states with which Romania does not have cultural and education cooperation agreements.
- Applicants must be applying for an eligible degree program at the university.
- Applicants must have a good understanding of the English language both in verbal and written form.
