The Fully Funded Government of Brunei Darussalam Scholarships 2023 is funded by the Brunei government to offer suitably qualified international students with financial needs towards payment of their study expenses in any of the eligible institutions for an undergraduate and postgraduate degree program for the 2023/2024 academic session.
The Fully Funded Government of Brunei Darussalam Scholarships is funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the Government of Brunei Darussalam and Scholarship Award Scheme to offer financial support to outstanding students for the 2023/2024 academic session. The Undergraduate scholarships and Postgraduate scholarship awards provide applicants with the opportunity to undertake Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programs at any one of the selected institutions of higher education in Brunei Darussalam.

Eligibility for the Fully Funded Government of Brunei Darussalam Scholarships 2023:
- Applicants must not be a citizen of Brunei Darussalam.
- Applicants must be applying for a degree program at any of the eligible higher institutions of learning in Brunei Darussalam.
- Applicants must not be above the age of 25, for an Undergraduate degree program.
- Postgraduate applicants must not be more than 35 years of age at the time of application.
- Applicants must possess great leadership potential.
- Applicants must be proficient in English with a Credit 6 at GCE ‘O’ Level Examination or a Grade ‘C” in IGCSE English.

Scholarship Benefits for the Fully Funded Government of Brunei Darussalam Scholarships 2023:
- Fully funded tuition fees including acceptance, examination, registration, and orientation fees.
- An economy class air ticket to and fro the applicant’s home country
- A monthly personal allowance of BND$500.00
- A monthly meals allowance of BND$150.00
- An annual book allowance of BND$600.00

Interested applicants are to fill in the online Application Form through the official portal while applicants applying to Universiti Brunei Darussalam must also complete an online application through the official registration portal.
