Eligibility for the F.L. McEwen Scholarship 2023 at University of Guelph:
- The applicants may either be Canadian permanent residents or non-Canadian permanent residents.

- Applicants who have earned an undergraduate degree from OAC, who are interested in studying agriculture, and who plan to enroll in a full-time graduate program at OAC, are eligible to apply.
