Suitably qualified students from developing countries like Africa with a bachelor’s degree and a passion for advancing their educational career at the postgraduate level are invited to apply for the MIPLC/DAAD Scholarship 2024 to benefit from a full MIPLC fee waiver and more for the 2024/2025 academic year.
MIPLC is a part of the DAAD’s scholarship program for Development-Related Postgraduate Courses with the mandate to support students from developing countries to pursue and achieve their educational goals. This Postgraduate scholarship is fully funded for the 2024/2025 academic session at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center.

Eligibility for the MIPLC/DAAD Scholarship 2024 for Students from Developing Countries:
- Applicants must be from a developing country according to the OECD DAC List and have not been living outside their home country (or another developing country) for more than the past two years.
- Applicants must possess at least a four-year Bachelor’s degree (or a three-year Bachelor’s degree plus a further degree), completed with above-average results.
- Applicants must have received their last degree no more than six years before their application.
- Applicants must possess at least two years of full-time professional experience gained in a public authority or a state or private company in a developing country.
Scholarship Benefits:

- Payments toward health, accident, and liability insurance coverage in Germany
- Travel allowance
- Mandatory two-month German course before the start of the MIPLC.
