Eligibility;
- Must be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon.
- New students must apply for admission for Fall 2024 by January 15, 2025.
- Applicants cannot be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or eligible for U.S. federal financial assistance.

First, you must Apply for Admission at University of Oregon. Within three days of applying, check your Admissions Status Portal to find your UO Student ID Number. Use your UO Student ID to create an account on the UO scholarships platform. Log in to the ‘UO Scholarship Dashboard.’ Submit your profile and the ISSS Endowed Scholarships Application, then continue with the ICSP Scholarship Application.
